Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Conan Apps for the Crayoo app. Using the app means accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
1. What you may do with Crayoo
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Crayoo on devices you own or control, for your own family. You may not sell or rent the app or redistribute its lesson library without permission. Any rights allowed by applicable law remain available.
The drawings a child makes belong to that family. Conan Apps claims nothing over them, and cannot see them — they stay on the device.
2. Accounts
Crayoo has no password of its own. A parent signs in with Apple or Google, or chooses to use the app with no account at all. The account holder must be a grown-up. Child profiles are created from behind a grown-up check, and the account holder is responsible for what happens under their account.

4. Subscriptions, and how to stop one
- Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or every six months.
- The price shown in the app is the price in your own currency, including any tax, as Apple or Google reports it.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off before the store’s renewal deadline. The store’s purchase confirmation explains the renewal timing, price, and any trial conditions.
- You manage and cancel it in your own store account — on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Subscriptions. It cannot be cancelled from inside Crayoo, because only the store can do it.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. The period already paid for runs to its end.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, not by Conan Apps.
A subscription belongs to the Crayoo account it was first used on. If it is claimed on a second account, Crayoo will say so rather than granting Pro twice; write to apps@dep.app if a family really needs it moved.
5. Photographs of paper drawings
Drawings are stored locally and do not sync with your parent account. Keep your own copies before removing the app or changing devices. Account deletion removes drawings from the device where you perform it; it does not erase separate backups or copies on another device. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.
Paper mode uses the camera, with a grown-up present. The picture is cropped to the drawing on the device and the original frame is deleted straight away — see the Privacy Policy. Please do not photograph anything other than a drawing.
6. Fair use
Do not attempt to break into the service, overwhelm it, or take the drawing library in bulk. Access can be suspended where this happens.
7. Changes to the app and to these terms
Crayoo will change: drawings are added, and features improve. If these terms change in a way that matters, the new version appears here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting it.
8. No warranty, and the limit of what can be claimed
Crayoo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Conan Apps gives no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or faultless, and its total liability for any claim connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before that claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect a consumer's statutory rights.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim available under the law where you live. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
